All Surveys Have Been Sent Out

As of this morning all surveys have been sent out! Please please respond as soon as you can so we can get an accurate count on everything. If you are adding on extra items that weren't added during the campaign your card will not be charged until Nov. 1st. If you don't know your shipping info yet that is okay, you will be able to change it up until we start shipping. 

If you do not fill out your survey you will not get your rewards. It is 100% mandatory!

So far about 60% of people have responded (Thank you!!!) but we are still waiting on the last 40%. So please check your emails and check your spam. They will be sent via "Backerkit" which you should be able to use as a search in your emails in case you still can't find your survey. 

If you've looked everywhere and you still can't find the survey then you can send me a message and I will send you a direct link to your survey, but please make sure you check for it first as each message takes time away from working to get these items finished up for production.

Also, surveys have been sent out to backers who's payments were rejected or failed, so you can join back in the project and secure your tier!

If you are unsure about what add-ons you want please please please still complete the survey! You will be able to make changes to your add-ons until Oct 31st. On Nov 1st cards will be charged and orders will be locked.

Surveys Tomorrow!

Before you answer your surveys there are a few updates you may want to know about:

1. The Deluxe box samples came in and WOW they are gorgeous. They are so much better than what I was expecting. They will be made out of a beautiful walnut wood and are completely custom sized to fit the whole deck inside, box included!!

2. Due to overwhelming demand, you can now add Green Glyphs Lenormand, The Green Glyphs Satchel and the extra Green Glyphs foil cards to your pledges if you so wish. You will find these in the add-on store when you are sent your surveys. 

3. The Card Holder samples have arrived. These are free with all pledges that include a Cosma Visions Oracle deck. The photo you see is still a work in progress, the design won't be so close to the edge of the holder. I am not super into the light color of the wood, so I am looking into alternative wood options. It may not be bamboo in the end, but I wanted to share the most recent image of it. I am also considering changing the slot so it is angled a bit, right now the card is 90 degrees up, but I think a slight tilt backwards would be an improvement, what do you think?

Also, here's a sneak peek of the Collector's Coin!! Just to give you an idea of what to expect with Geomantic Visions. I think the illustration needs to be tightened up a bit, but this is definitely a good start!

Once your survey is sent to your email address:

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards and also get an accurate count for production.

If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)

If you want to switch your tier to another tier you will be able to do so. 

I will also be sending out surveys to people who's payments failed, you will have another chance to secure your reward tier and not miss out on the project. Your payment will be processed via Backerkit rather than Kickstarter. 

Anything added on during the backer kit survey process that wasn't previously added on in Kickstarter will be a separate charge. These charges will process at the beginning of November, so you will be able to make adjustments until then. 

Please fill out your surveys even if you don't have your shipping info for February 2021. You will be able to edit your shipping address up until we begin fulfillment. 

BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments. 

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact me.

I will send out another update once all surveys have been sent out, they will be sent out in batches so you may not get yours right away.

Smoke Test: 5% of Surveys Sent Out!

Hello Everyone!! I wanted to send out a quick update to let you all know that the backer surveys are finally assembled and ready to go out. I just sent out a smoke test, which will send a survey to 5% of backers from each tier. This is to make sure that everything is input correctly and there are no errors before the full batch goes out. 

Surveys are sent to your email address, so please check and see if you were one of the first 5%. It will be processed through "Backerkit" which is where you will find the options to select any items that you may have added during the campaign. You will also be able to add extra items if you have decided you would like more!

If you are unsure of adding items right now, you can still fill out your address and add items later, surveys won't lock until the end of October. There will be some developments on sample items in the following weeks. 

Once I get the results from the Smoke Test I will be sending out the rest of the surveys early next week.

If your payment hasn't gone through or was not processed you will have an opportunity to resubmit your payment and keep your pledge tier when I send out the surveys. 

Just a friendly reminder that these surveys are mandatory. I cannot ship you your rewards if you don't provide your shipping information. 

Also, due to overwhelming demand Green Glyphs Lenormand has been added to the add-on options for $30 as well as the Green Glyphs Satchel for $10

An update on Altar Cloths, Journals, Deluxe Boxes and Collector Coins!

Hi! Do you miss me? It's been a week since the campaign ended but it feels like months, so much has happened! In the past week several samples have come in that I want to share with you before we fill out the surveys. 

But first - I've been getting TONS of messages asking when the survey is coming - It's coming out at the end of the month! It has not been sent out yet, I will send out an update once they have all been emailed, don't worry you can't miss it. And yes, you will be able to add to your pledges AND/OR change your reward tier when you fill out shipping info if you missed anything.

Kickstarter has collected most pledges at this point, if you are having an issue with your payment going through please contact Kickstarter, I have no access to the payment aspect of the campaign and can't help you with this part I'm sorry! 

 Soooo, updates!

1. The Altar Cloth samples came in! They look so nice and are super sturdy and thick. The metallic printing looks great and there is definitely a bit of a feel to them when you run your hand over the cloth. There has been a slight change (I think a positive one) since the campaign ended. We weren't able to print double sided on one cloth so it's now been updated to be two pieces of fabric stitched together. This makes the fabric even thicker, and also it is now two colors! The Cosma Visions side is a teal fabric and the Prisma Visions side is a navy fabric.

I am thinking of having the Prisma side printed in silver instead of gold so it matches the deck a bit more. The sample was printed in gold so this is decision still TBD. What do you think? Make new friends and keep the old, one is Silver and the other Gold?

2. The Regressions Journal samples are in and they look and feel even better than I expected. There's not much of an update on these, specs are still the same as before. I will likely be going with thicker paper, right now it is 80lb and it's feeling a little thin to me.

This sample is still not quite what the final will look like. The paper size is smaller than what I will be going with and it is currently blank. These brown kraft pages will be filled with a workbook style design.

3. I received some photos of the deluxe boxes, I haven't gotten the samples in-hand yet but they are expected soon. There are going to be a few left over and will be available during the survey process if you are regretting not getting one and want to add it on. They will only be visible to kickstarter backers. 

4. The Collector's coin samples are being produced now, here's an image of a 3d mock up of the CNC artwork:

I think that is it for this update. Hope you all are doing well, things are extremely busy here prepping everything for mass production but we are right on track.
